75 Hour New Jersey Pre-License Course

Welcome to your New Jersey 75-Hour Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course! This self-paced, online course meets the NJ Real Estate Commission’s licensing requirement, based on the Dearborn Essentials of NJ Real Estate textbook. Across 21 chapters, you'll learn real estate law, agency, contracts, licensing, ethics, valuation, fair housing, and more. Each chapter includes key terms, quizzes, and a test you must pass to continue. After every 8 chapters, you’ll complete a cumulative review. To finish, you must complete 75 hours and pass a 110-question final exam (77 correct to pass). Complete the course to earn your certificate and qualify for the state licensing exam with PSI. Let’s get started! You have 6 Months from the day you register to finish the course and pass the school test. Once you pass and move onto the State Test always remember you have 1 Year from the completion of the school exam to pass the state test and sign with a Broker of Record.
